Yeah that is kind of a crazy ask for a company to deliver on. You’ll never find that and you should probably quit wasting time looking for something that doesn’t exist.

You know what else would be a good deal? Having about 5 full time employees who you would never have to pay any money to. Unfortunately that is called slavery and was abolished in most of the planet over a hundred years ago.

Seriously kind of sounds like you are asking for slaves, and I think that if you were alive hundreds of years ago you probably would have owned slaves and would have been a big proponent of it.

It’s easy for us as project ceo’s to get into an entitlement mindset. We expect people to send us money for our products on the promise that they may or may not receive them at some point in the future -- knowing full well that there will be delays, because lets be honest: there are always delays with every single project.

It’s important for us not to get carried away though, just because consumers are willing to do that it doesn’t mean that the whole entire world is going to bend the knee to us and do what we want them to.

I for one really wish I could get out of doing crowdfunding campaigns. I know that my conversion rates would be a ton higher if I had the product ready to sell upon purchase instead of as a promise to ship in a year from now.

Most people I talk to already associate crowdfunding with scamming because of all the failed projects and constant delays with every project. My suspicious are that one day this is going to start happening with marketers -- where we get rejected as clients because we are crowdfunding projects.

I have heard of top tier agencies rejecting project creators simply because they are crowdfunding projects (this is mostly in palo alto though). Journalists are already highly skeptical of kickstarter -- so please everyone quit being so crazy, we’ve got a good thing going here with kickstarter and we don’t want that to ever fall apart.

If you fail to do your research on a company and make school boy errors like this, then you deserve exactly what happened to you. Let this be a lesson to you, do your homework on a company before hiring them. I can’t believe you would even hire someone without reading over their website at the least. You won’t succeed on kickstarter if you don’t smarten up.

Worked with them previously. Since others seems to be still using them somehow I will post my official review:

    Positive Elements
    * None

    Negative Elements
    * Press Release I paid for was poorly written
    * Press Release did not generate coverage in any major media outlets as expected
    * After press release was sent out, communication ceased
    * Request for refund was denied

I did a chargeback on them, the money was refunded, but somehow three months after the chargeback I was notified that I lost the dispute. I immediately called law enforcement and I was told it was more a matter for civil court than criminal court. I strongly disagree with that, but at that point there was nothing else I could do.

Hope you’re reading this ninja, and I hope you get put out of business

How much did you lose them at?

WookieWantsFunding wrote:I receive a cold email from a kickstarter marketing agency that goes by the name of Crowd PR Ninja. Their website is at the link:

    https://www.crowdfundingninjas.com/

I have come to find out that there is a long and storied history of scams by this company, just a small sample for all to see
    https://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/sp ... owdprninja

I was shocked to say the least, but just to do my due diligence I reached out to other companies asking about Crowd PR Ninja, and the response was less than positive. My belief is that if a company is truly good, even their competitors will say as much, because there is no denying it. People have reputations to uphold, even as competitors and if they are asked a straightforward question I know that will get a straightforward answer.

But it didn’t stop there. I received no less than 20 emails from them over the course of my campaign, one every other day. I replied to each and every message telling them I was not interested, and they just kept coming, over and over again.

For all to see, I will post images as well below

I believe the gentleman in the image below is the CEO

    image1.png

I reached out to every single project in the list here, and not one of them confirmed to have worked with them during their kickstarter, or at any time for marketing

Everyone needs to beware, and do not support this scam. Who knows what their money is going towards, but one thing is for certain is that it will not go towards the marketing of crowdfunding campaigns, that is for certain.

Are you sure it was crowd pr ninja? There are other companies with similar sounding names. Crowdfunding Ninjas is one of them, or maybe they are the same company perhaps. Heck, what’s the difference anyways, they are all the same as far as I am concerned. They all even say the same crap when they email you. All about how they will do this and that for your campaign. I ignore all of their emails every time.

BEWARE of Crowd PR Ninja. They are a known scam ring operating out of SE Asia & Brazil:

They think of themselves as “Robin Hoods”, taking from rich American’s and giving to their own selves.

And based on what I have learned the company you mentioned is a scam. They show all the signs,, being posted in the fraud watch is of course the nail in the coffin. Once you’re in the fraud watch everyone knows to never use you. But still something more would be nice. Alot of us just want to put an end to the scams, they are so immoral and such a pain in the bottom to us creators. We work hard on our projects, and to see someone try to steal from us and the community at large just breaks my heart, it really does.

What kind of heartless person would scam a crowdfunding company? Why don’t they scam a real business. We as crowdfunders are not even real businesses, we make our projects by hand or we draw images of them in hopes that one day they will be actually for sale. All we have is hopes and dreams and all we have is each other. For the life of me, I just can’t fathom why someone would try to take that away from us.

Shame on your Crowd PR Ninja and shame on anyone like you. You don’t know how many days i’ve planned the concept for my product. You don’t know the countless hours i’ve spent coming up with neat and fun ideas for rewards. You don’t know a thing, so stay away from us if you’re reading this. Pack up your bags and hit the road because you are out of this community.

Their facebook page links to yet another scam ring they have going on
    https://www.facebook.com/pg/NinjaCrowdf ... e_internal

    Links to:
    http://www.kinshipmarketing.com

And now things get interesting. There are at least 5 scam reports against Kinship Marketing:
    https://www.reddit.com/r/Scams/comments ... company_on

The reviews are piling up against them. It’s only a matter of time before they rebrand, and when they do I assure you I will be there to report.

    Crowd PR

    by trent.palo.smith » Sat Feb 17, 2018 12:29 am

Again, everyone is confusing Crowd PR Ninjas with other companies who have Crowd in their name. People, this is crowdfunding, companies are going to have the name Crowd in it. Please do more research before you start your witch hunts up.
