Thanks Hyperstarter for your feedback. I have read some conflicting comments about their service at another place which make me a bit concerned. Your question of withdrawing backers is an excellent one. I will approach them for more details.

    Thanks again.

I found their fee structure is confusing according to their website - one place mentions "No fee if you don't reach your goal... ", another place says "Our listing price $379 and we guarantee you will get at least $379 in new pledges. If not, you don't pay!"

Say if your campaign has received at least $379 pledges, but has NOT reached the goal, do you pay or not?

Anyone knows what they actually do to boost the campaign?

From what I understand they target their own backer's list and then promote the campaign's internally.

Because of this, they can track the amount given to each campaign. The fee is $379 if there's pledges from their backers + not sure if they take a % too?

I've asked them publicly a few times about a query which is:
We have a client who has one backer from BackerClub. The backer then removed their bid, do they need to still pay the fee?

I've also heard of backers removing their bids > then using the BackerClub service to place a bid
    - Nothing wrong with that as they may have discounts/benefits, but it just takes funds away from the campaign owner.

I'm seeing CrossPromote.co as being their latest service. I saw a client's Twitter Direct Message, saying BackerClub have launched this site.

Our Kickstarter campaign starts Feb16th., our preview link isn't quite ready. Is there anything we can do in the meantime?

We are an early concept social networking start-up right now called SportsFYLE.com. Basically focused sports online networks. For example SoccerFYLE for soccer, HockeyFYLE for hockey...etc.
