Anyway, I just tried the basic package. I NEVER trust this kind of stuff. If it sucks, I will be happy to post here and agree with Mr. Mahouny.

As the project ended I noticed we've got a pretty good ROI and great exposure after TGF efforts in promoting our project. They went above and beyond in trying to give our project visibility and we totally respect that.

Professional team, responsive, and holding high working ethics. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone around.

Beautiful looking watches btw, we could of totally helped to market those on our platform as worked on x12 overfunded watch campaigns so far.

Going back to Gadget Flow, we work with them too and they're great.

I'm beginning to feel like Gadget Flow is a total scam. We paid for their Standard packaged last week and they promised to post our product to Facebook and Instagram by yesterday at the latest but still nothing. I emailed them almost 6 hours ago asking what the status is and so far no response. Total waste of money.

So I finally got a response from Gadget Flow. They posted our product to their Facebook page a couple of days ago, but I never got a notification. I'm pretty sure that they're buying likes since the majority of the likes on the post are from people in Indonesia and the Philippines. Also, they posted to Instagram, but it was an Instagram story (which is temporary and seen by far fewer people) rather than a regular post – totally misleading. Such a waste.

    Hi Mike,

Thank you for your comments, I'm sorry that it took us 6 hours to reply to your email, we do have 24/7 customer support with an average 4 hour response time, for emergencies you can also reach our support team at (315) 401-4173

Regarding Facebook, we do have many people from Asia liking and interacting with our content organically but this is not something that we can control, and simply because people are from Asia that doesn't make them "fake". We do promote every single post we do on Facebook though with Facebook ads and target your niche in US & EU. Our team has already sent you screenshots of your ads yesterday via email.

Regarding Instagram, organic stories perform 800% better than actual posts because we can add a link and send traffic directly to your project whereas with a plain post you simply get awareness. With that said, after we've received your email with your concern we've also posted your product on our Instagram account within 1 hour.

Lastly, about your promotion being a "waste", I'm not sure why you feel this way, we recently started the promotion and we already send you 700+ clicks to your campaign + 1 pledge and we do have 10+ days to go.

there are only 3-4 companies that you can TRUST in crowdfunding promotion, gadget flow is one of them, we worked with them in the past and had really good experience. hypserstarter is good as well, fundedtoday only if u have huge budget.

    Hi Gadget Flow,

My name isn't Mike – that's my partner's name. We appreciate that you guy's fixed the issues we were having and we are now starting to see some results, but we unfortunately had a very frustrating experience with your customer service.

Glad you finally generated positive ROI from our promotion, the numbers will continue to grow within the next days :D We take feedback very seriously here at Gadget Flow therefore I'll make it my top priority to fix this and improve the experience that you've been having with our team.
