as an experienced project creator, do you have any advice for me or tips to be successful?

Excellent tips and thank you for sharing your success story with us. You made a great point about “reachable goal” because I have seen several great projects that have failed because they set the bar too high. I will definitely use some of your tips on my Rounded Edge Tie Project and I hope for success.

I actually found closest family and friends to not be very helpful or willing at all! So I am busy struggling along. 96 days to go to raise $1885 :?

I've seen a lot of success from setting a realistic (not too expensive goal) with a lot of projects.

Most of them overshoot their estimate, so instead of making 40,000 of the "thing" you're trying to sell, make only 2,000 and if it oversells then great!
