Dear Kickstarter fans,

There's a shameless scammer on Indiegogo copying our campaign on Kickstarter!
Please help us spread the news and cancel it ASAP to prevent backers from losing money to scammers on Indiegogo! http://redd.it/38w293

Our original campaign "Halo Back" has been running on Kickstarter for 20+ days and has gained nearly 7000 backers:
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/haloband/halo-back-make-your-iphone-perfect/

And here comes a shameless copy on Indiegogo yesterday! They stole everything from our campaign page and pasted the TOTAL SAME THINGS on Indiegogo: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/halo-back-world-s-first-smart-screen-protector--4#/story

SHAMELESS SCAMMER! Our team has contacted Indiegogo hours ago but NO RESPOND from Indiegogo yet! Please help us to spread the word to help cancel this ridiculous campaign on Indiegogo as soon as possible!

That's too bad. But, at least they haven't hurt your campaign. You're doing amazingly well, congratulations. You're well over 1,000% over your funding goal, and with 46 hours to go (at the time of this writing), so it just goes to show that the original will always win out over the cheap knock-offs at the end of the day. :)

Best,

well, the indiegogo link comes up as invalid, so at least it looks like they've been shut down.

that's a pretty cheeky move for them to pull though, and think they'd get away with.

I'm happy to see Indiegogo removed it. Congratulations and I hope the spill over lands on your product. Wishing you the best.

And there probably won't ever be one. Can't believe they got away with this.
