Is this campaign a SCAM?

Hi Everyone,

I never want to question anybody with their campaign but can any expert look into this https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/orbi ... 15268676#/

Is this a legit campaign, because I'm almost back them but the page looks too fishy:
1. There is no real prototype pictures that showing the product is working, I mean I can just make a sunglasses with a camera hole on the side
2. The campaign creator put this statement at the end of his campaign page, please check their page all the way to the end of the page
"Legal Disclaimer
Delivery of rewards/perks are subject to best efforts and not guaranteed. We will absolutely try our best ensure timely delivery and the highest product quality and customer satisfaction. "
DELIVERY IS NOT GUARANTEED lol
3. One of the contributor asking about their flexible goal and this is their answer, check their comment section
Q:"Hi, your product looks great!
Given that the campaign has flexible funding, what happens if the funding goal is not met?"
A:"Hi Sven! We're fully confident that we'll meet our funding goal and be able to ship ORBI Prime glasses to backers worldwide. However, if we don't meet our goal, then the money raised will still go toward product development."
ARE YOU SERIOUS? All the backers money will go to product development and their expenses + what vacation? And they will not deliver?

Any expert can give their insight about this?

It's a total scam. In my opinion about 25% of all projects on kickstarter are scams at all times. I'd steer clear of this one community! Backers beware, community beware. Beware.
no live campaign yet, im gearing up for a big 2018

If they did, they made a killing. Indiegogo needs to step up their vetting but this looks too good to be true. Best of luck to everyone who backed this.
