It is so frustrating to hear how Amazon is not sticking up for the small business owners yet again. Do a web search on "Amazon Account Suspensions" and you will literally find 100's of cases related to Amazon Accounts that are suspended for little or no reason. Than do a web search on business who make it their primary goal to help small business get their account out of suspension, again; a lot of businesses here. The problem with account suspensions is that Amazon will hold your earnings for 90 days after the suspension
In the case of fraudulent transactions by the customer mentioned in this thread; it would have been great if Amazon had banned this customer after the first incident!! Maybe stick up for the small business owner for once!!
