Is there a reason people use Indiegogo?
There are several alternatives. I was just wondering why you personally use Indiegogo?

It was the next thing to Kickstarter! Since we are out here in Canada it was are best option. I have some friends who did well with it so I thought to get it a try as well.

I'm from Bulgaria and kickstarter isnt allowed here plus indiegogo has flexible funding and its most popular after kickstarter -

We use Indiegogo for its payment options, ease of interface and flexible funding. -

I found the flexible funding enticing, in addition to the fact that you don't need to hook up a business account. -

I would use indiegogo because of the flexible funding option. If I was completing something where I didn't need that option, however, then I would use kickstarter.
