    About the project:

Connection Deck provides readily understandable, intuitive approaches that you can use to create more positive family relationships.

There are countless resources out there for parents, but Connection Deck takes a new approach. Rather than giving you advice or promoting a specific parenting philosophy, Connection Deck helps you connect with your own intuition, experience and wisdom around what makes adult-child interactions joyful, nurturing, and transformative.

Each of the 90+ cards in Connection Deck describes an underlying element that recurs in ever-changing ways in positive adult-child relationships. Each card explores something that will feel familiar, something you're already aware of but that can be hard to remember in the moments when you need them.

    Why own the Connection Deck?

    - It will help kids and adults strengthen their relationships
    - It will showcase cohesive, touching artwork
    - It will be a high quality printed deck
    - It can be used in innumerable ways
    - It can be used by kids from toddler to teen and their loved ones
    - It helps get you in touch with your innate knowledge
    - It lets you be creative in solving problems
    - It makes a great gift for new parents
    - It creates common understanding, and brings children and adults closer.

In short, it is a fun, innovative way to create common understanding between children and adults.

    What is Connection Deck?

Connection Deck consists of 90+ cards, each describing a key element in positive adult-child relationships, featuring:

    - A unique image which depicts the card idea
    - Essence text describing the ways the card’s topic can be seen in life
    - A key question to help users explore the idea
    - A list of related cards to help generate additional connections
    - The cards are 3.5” x 5.3” and are printed in full colour on 100lb card stock
    - Decks also include a set of instructions (though more are developing each day on the web community), and an outline of the card categories.
    - The cards, instructions and category information come packed in a sturdy carton for safe keeping.

I just checked out the campaign page and it appears to be a #winning idea.

But a couple of questions for creator. What is the age group for the children? I read the card and it seemed a bit advanced for small children. But maybe the point is for adults to read it to them???

When time permits I plan to fully check out the campaign because I like the idea (and perhaps discover some answers to my questions???
