Hi Guys,

Launching a campaign (outdoor sports product) in the Spring and have read a lot about the effectiveness of using Look-alike audiences on FB ads by getting as many emails as possible from early backers since KS does not provide you with the emails until after the campaign.

Was curious if any of you had any insight on what works best as far as programs or survey tools to use to make this process efficient/ automated. Do you guys just message the backers right after the pledge with a Google Survey? Follow up again every few days until they respond? Any thoughts here would be appreciated!
