    Gadget Flow are the best!

    by babocush » Tue Mar 14, 2017 10:54 pm

From the moment I was in contact with Gadget Flow I knew I was on to something magic…their customer service is outstanding, from the tiniest request to any kind of query – of which I had many, Gadget Flow had it covered. I signed up for the Platinum Plan and can honestly say it propelled my online business more than I could ever have wished for. My sales increased dramatically within a couple of days and throughout the duration of my plan, I was contacted on a daily basis by hundreds of retailers and distributors and even the likes of Amazon Exclusives who, if it wasn’t for Gadget Flow, would probably never have seen my product. Whatever the query, when you email Gadget Flow, you are guaranteed to hear back from one of their fabulous, happy, helpful team within a few short minutes. Best decision I ever made! (You’d think I was paid to write this but I honestly wasn’t! I’m just so happy with the service provided and have never had the pleasure of dealing with a nicer bunch of people).

We used the premium package and we got a ROAS of over 6:1, which was really great. We got a lot of great traffic from Gadget Flow and the community loved our product.

Hello fellow strangers. I would like to point out something REALLY OBVIOUS, but heck, maybe nobody really cares anyway.

Check the post above me, and the post above him, and maybe look around for more along this posts. Beside the usual active users, you can see our fellow good friends all have only 1 post and thats about TGF being the best agencies to work with.

Funny thing is lots of other disagree.

Might want to rethink about the options there buddy.

    Hey Lowkey,

Great to hear from you today!

When our customers ask us where to post a testimonial we always point them to this thread as it's pretty active. Given that 9/10 times they are new users they are not active on this forum and most of the times it's their only reply. You can reach out to us directly at support@thegadgetflow.com and we'd be more than happy to connect you with the creators directly or you can even reach out to them yourself as they always leave their name and campaign :-)

Let me know if that helps!

this is exactly how a well known agency should respond to feedback. prompt and direct.

i am actually one of your fan before, most of my clients have mix reviews on your service some was good but not that good, but some have it bad too. why i am here in the first place because I am just checking out on the review because what I did was basically endorsed your company to them.

when it doesnt turn out to do well for them, you know, i just need to check it out. you might be good before but I do need to check on your recent status too right?

i'll do more research on that and if i have any more questions, i'll be happy to address the problem here.

but as per now, its all good. I still have faith in TGF.

here i am, again. right after i received and get some good feedback from TGF in my inbox, less than 24 hours after I made my feedback.

I can mumble all day long.

    details.
    screenshot.
    customer service feedback.

but to cut it short, on how the reacted to my comments, how they handle my questions, how they provide evidence, you guys should run a state or something. TGF for the win. I will vote for you.

i hereby declared that the testimonials were true. i've seen the evidence and u guys may do the same too. fuck its been a while since i actually satisfied with how customer service works.

p/s : it was not one of their staff, but one of the founders. so it checks out guys.

Hey Lowkey, got to admit I absolutely love your honest and straightforward approach to discussions!

Tried to message you but I guess as a new member PM feature is locked for me.

Can you please PM me back so we can discuss work together?

My name is Ivaylo Kalburdzhiev and I was in charge of promoting the Superscreen campaign: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/brentmorgan/superscreen ($2.54M raised) - you can see I am a collaborator under the creator's icon.

I'd personally recommend Evan and his GadgetFlow team - they have done a phenomenal job in promoting to a narrowly targeted audience of tech adopters.

For comparison, the ROI on our investment in their paid plans (Platinum) was easily worth 4x and more. Their customer support is also top-notch.

Their marketing channels have also been an invaluable resource and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking to launch a hardware / technology Kickstarter campaign.
