they are saying they will donate shoes to charity? how is this allowed? is this against kickstarters TOS? I am generally confused.

no! i am not the campaign owner...i actually have another membership on here but didn't want to use my name in case kickstarter sees it and somehow penalizes my campaign. i actually really want to know if you guys think this against TOS. I reported them to kickstarter but nothing was done. do certain people get special privileges???
