Some feedback:

If I were you, I would consider lowering your goal to only what you need, which is likely the audio book publishing and audio book design. There are a lot of inexpensive website builders out there like squarespace. Having a lower goal will increase your chance of success.

Do you still plan to produce the book if you don't meet your goal? If not, then having flexible funding may not be a good idea, as you will have to deliver on any promised rewards like a digital copy of the book.

Have you asked your friends and local network to pledge to get it up from $0?
