wow lowkey is so great! thank you so much for the info!

my question is: what if we found a marketing agency that takes $0 upfront and only takes a percentage of your bottom line raised? (post campaign)

if that's the case, what would be a fair amount.

it's a new tech product from Silicon Valley!

its not all about the upfront payment. it doesnt matter if you pay 50,500,5000, or even 50,000 for the services.
and for me personally, it doesnt matter if they take 10%,15%, or even 30% of total funded.

what really gets me is how you manage your margin.
will the cuts still make you profit.
will strategies help you or you can make one on your own.
do you have enough funds to run things out.
creative teams, do you have them prepared?

these stuff, needs to be considered before you choose to accept/deny partnership with any marketing agency.

because if you dont properly manage or allocates your funds, its gonna be a bad decision overall no matter what. i cant explain more about this but those who works with me have the rough idea on what i mean.

This is why a lot of the "wildly successful" campaigns... meaning they fund at $250K plus, still end up having financial constraints! I never understood it. It's the profit % that we have to manage carefully, not the total dollar amount raised.

Thanks for all the good info on here lowkey!

Sure, but I'm not sure what you're saying though. It's not the marketing agency's fault that a campaign doesn't make a profit even if a huge amount is raised. Pretty sure all the campaign owners sign contracts and should understand the conditions.

In terms of finding an agency that takes $0 upfront, good luck with that! :)
