    Hey Lowkey,

I'm brand new in this forum.
I have though past the last week attached on the computer reading all about some companies like FT or Crowdco.

I wanted to know how I can reach you and if you still work with campaigns etc...

I'm ready to start the pre-launch but definitely need some guidance.

    Thank you.

Hello. Its great tips, but unfortunatelty for our campaign we faced strange thing that Facbook blocked our ads, we created main fan page first, generated some likes and subscribers, but after FB block it, we made second one, we thought the reason was colorful ads. So we made ads without any words on the pics and facebook blocked it also. Of course we wrote a lot to support, and of course there was no explanation. So we made 3rd page and made ads, but it turned out that after 100usd spent we get 1 sale. So we spent a lot of time on making FB stuff and in the end no any result.
I will appreaciate any thoughts and comments about our campaign.

Hi Dmitriy, You might want to fix the url in your signature...

My suggestion is to move away from Ads (for now) and concentrate on campaign page and pitching

Thanks for your reply. But what exactly your meaning. We wrote hundreds of emails to journalists and submitted for all kinds of press release services. We have good product, we spent a lot of time to prepare prototype, it's not just conception. But I guess we pitch in the wrong way. Any suggestions in this direction?

You can always try PRweb for more exposure. But even that does not guarantee you can get new backers. Just give you some sense of credibility to your campaign.

Hi Lowkey, Your advice is soooo valuable. Thank you so much. I especially regret not setting a lower funding goal just in order to hit the goal in 24h....

I would ask you for advice.

We have an amazing product, it is quite a revolution in skin care industry. Really it is, not because I just say it. We are winning a lot of awards in our region, and clients are amazed when they see the product on live because it is totally unique. It allows each person to personalize his skin care, and change it whenever they need.

However our marketing resources are not high (we are a small startup, and most our resources need to be invested in the product) and we do not know our most potential market (US)

We think we made a decent pre-sales efforts and our presales list lead us to hit more than 10,000$ in the first 48h, but since then our funding goal is growing very slowly (now we are on 70% approximately).

In my opinion, our Kickstarter page is well designed and video has a good quality. but we would appreciate an external opinion from someone like you or Hyperstarter with solid expertise...

    This is our campaing: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/ru ... -skin-care

Could you tell us what could we improve?

    Thanks a lot

    Hey Lesielle,

I just checked your campaign. Everything looks great, no worries, and your project will get funded soon. If you're looking for more exposure, try to reach out to some popular blog/YouTubers out there who already have a solid fan base. Ask for a unboxing review of your product.
