Excellent response, exactly what I was curious about. Most people don't seem to realize that fundraising is a full-time job like you stated. In traditional rounds for startups, etc. it takes you months to find the right investors and then convince them to see your vision. You need to work your potential funders like you would investors and that takes dedication.
