I saw the Hisense 100 inch L5H from Costco for 999.99 around Thanksgiving and ordered it. When it was delivered just the screen was in the package. Weeks went by and Costco refused to make good. Was it a false posting, perhaps but that is not my problem. They should have made good on what was advertised. Disgusted to say the least. Hisense was no help either. Costco talked to them and they were not helping.

I know this thread is a bit old, but that’s a nightmare scenario. Have you tried disputing the charge with your credit card company? They usually side with you when the box arrives missing the main item. Costco’s return policy is legendary, so I’d push them again citing that.
