What’s the best way to use AI program generators for personal training?

Been trying to get back in shape after way too many false starts, and I keep seeing people swear by these AI program generators for personal training. I’ve played with a couple, but I can’t tell if I’m using them right or just feeding them garbage and hoping for magic. I want something that won’t wreck my knees, fits a chaotic work schedule, and keeps me from getting bored after a week. If anyone here has figured out how to make these tools actually helpful, I’d love to hear what works, what doesn’t, and what to watch out for.

I’m a bit late here, but I came across this older discussion about PT Distinction and wanted to add that I've recently started using it. The branded mobile apps are a fantastic feature for giving clients a professional touch, and the AI-driven nutrition tools have made meal planning easier than ever. Is there anyone currently using it who has tips for getting the most out of the scheduling and messaging tools?

I’ve had good results using AI tools that keep things simple instead of overloading me with random exercises. I’ve been using https://www.ptdistinction.com/ because its AI program generator mixes clean templates with my own tweaks, so I still feel in control. The automated workflows also save me a ton of time, which makes sticking to the plan way easier.
