Been trying to get back in shape after way too many false starts, and I keep seeing people swear by these AI program generators for personal training. I’ve played with a couple, but I can’t tell if I’m using them right or just feeding them garbage and hoping for magic. I want something that won’t wreck my knees, fits a chaotic work schedule, and keeps me from getting bored after a week.
