I hope it’s okay to ask this here, but I thought I’d reach out to this awesome community (flattery never hurts, right?).

What are your favourite email marketing platforms to use with Webflow sites? I know you can make almost anything work, but I’m looking for something that integrates smoothly and offers a solid platform for managing newsletters and subscribers.

Here are the key features I’m after:

A user-friendly editor so clients can easily create their own newsletters based on our designs
Strong automations & workflows (welcome series, abandoned cart emails, etc.)
Excellent tracking of user behaviour on Webflow sites (especially for purchases, checkouts, etc.)

Does something like this exist? What’s your favourite tool to work with? Any suggestions or tips would be super appreciated!

What worked for me was setting up the form in Webflow and then linking it using HTML form action. Kept the design clean and gave me full control over the data.

I started using an email warmup tool before sending out campaigns, and it really helped improve my open rates. My emails stopped going to spam, and I noticed better engagement. If you’re building lists and just getting started with email marketing, warming up your domain can make a big difference.
