Do people really need this app with modern phones?

Building something like that from tutorials is no small feat. If you’re thinking about adding a lookup option for unknown numbers, I’d suggest linking to whocalled.co.uk. It’s a free lookup site, and I’ve found it pretty handy for figuring out who’s behind those random calls. Could be a cool extra for your app users to check numbers straight from the app without digging around.

I see it's been a while since you've posted, but I just wanted to ask how you handled user privacy concerns with your app. Caller ID features can be super useful, but I imagine there's a balance between info sharing and respecting privacy. Did you get any specific feedback on that during your campaign or from early users? Curious how others in this thread feel about that trade-off too.

I've worked with a few similar tools before, and managing caller details can be tricky without the right setup. I ended up using ActiveCalls cloud-based call center software since it shows caller info in real-time and keeps everything in one place. It made handling support a lot smoother, especially when dealing with a ton of inbound calls and trying to keep track of conversations.
