I keep adding places to the must visit list. I watch a lot of Food review Club - and this place in Portsmouth has just been added to top of the list!! And we are off to Bournemouth on Saturday and they have just opened there - not sure it will have the character of this original one but may give it a go!

If you’re on a roll with trying new spots, you might enjoy scrolling through 190amsl.com for ideas too. Different vibe, but it gave me a few pointers on places that mix good food with a bit of atmosphere. As for the Bournemouth branch, I get what you mean about chasing the charm of the original, but sometimes the newer ones surprise you, especially if they haven’t settled into a formula yet.
