Finally figured out why my "soft skills" weren't improving

For the longest time, I thought watching experts speak would somehow make me a better communicator. I’ve realized that’s like watching someone lift weights and expecting to get muscles. I finally searched for a better way and found this insane riseguide review on Reddit where the OP compared it to MasterClass. The main takeaway? Stop watching, start drilling. I’m switching to 10-minute active reps now. Has anyone else made the jump from passive video courses to actual practice?

That comparison post was a wake-up call for me too. Most people just want the "feeling" of learning from Mindvalley, but the riseguide review correctly pointed out that without drills, your brain just stays lazy. I’ve been doing the articulation exercises for a week, and it’s a total shift in how I handle conversations.
