Can anybody recommend a few good bedtime stories that I can read aloud to kids or let them listen to on a good audiobook?

I recently picked up "Bedtime Stories For Kids (5 Minute Short Reads)" by E.J. Nightingale on audiobook and they loved every second of it.

My kids keep going back to The Gruffalo and anything by Shirley Hughes, but on nights they’re more restless, the Dreamloo app has been handy because I can record my own voice and pick calmer themes. It winds down to soft sounds, so they’re usually snoozing before the end. For regular books, I also love reading Winnie-the-Pooh chapters since the gentle humour seems to settle them.
