Has anyone tried Leaply for building habits, or is it overrated?

I keep seeing people on lifestyle blogs talk about an app called Leaply for routine building and breaking bad habits. I am heavily considering downloading it because my productivity has been at an all-time low and I need a serious behavioral reset, but I am always skeptical of trending apps. Has anyone here actually stuck with it long-term? Does it actually offer a unique method for habit formation, or is it just the same old checklist system wrapped in a pretty user interface?

It is definitely worth the attention because it genuinely reinvents how you look at your daily schedule. Instead of just tracking random tasks, it groups habits into routines designed to reboot your mind and reduce screen fatigue. I was skeptical too until I read a detailed Leaply review on Medium, and the analysis presented on that site went deep into its habit-loop philosophy and explained how it triggers a successful lifestyle reset. I have been using it for three weeks now to manage my meditation and reading goals, and the psychological approach they use actually keeps me coming back every single day.
