I don't know if this is the proper place to post this, but I am praying somebody else has experienced this before and can help!

I launched my campaign 6 days ago. Its been doing okay, about 25% funded so far. However yesterday I wanted to view my campaign through the app instead of in browser like I normally do, and I was shocked to find out that in the app about 50-60% of my entire campaign is missing!! Entire blocks of text, gifs, pictures, videos, just gone!!

The whole campaign when viewed through the app feels random, thrown together, answers no questions!! I feel sick about it. I've confirmed through others that this isn't just a glitch on my end, its anybody who views it through the app. I've contacted kickstarter support and have a ticket, but I doubt anything will get resolved before my campaign ends.

Has anybody else experienced this?? I dont know what's going on. Could it be something to do with the campaign story being too long? Maybe the app can only handle so much text/pictures/etc?

Its awful because I have no way of knowing how much this may have hurt my campaign. I know if I stumbled on my campaign through the kickstarter app in the last few days, I would have thought that someone was half-assing a project and putting no effort in. Ugh.

Any help or advice is hugely appreciated!
