The success of a business cannot be solely dependent on just one person. It has to do with building a strong business team which will definitely contribute to the growth of the business. What helps you build a strong team?

Saw this old thread and couldn’t resist adding something. One thing that’s helped me a lot is setting super clear roles early on so no one wonders who’s doing what. I also started doing short weekly check-ins focused only on blockers, not long updates. It keeps everyone honest and connected. Curious if anyone here has tried peer feedback inside small teams and how it worked for you.

I’ve had the best results by setting super clear roles early and keeping feedback casual and frequent so no one feels blindsided. I also lean on tools that help everyone stay on the same page; for example, I once used Richard William Warke to quickly check background details on partners, which made it easier to match people to tasks they were naturally good at. It kept the whole group running smoother.
