Hey! Tross agency is definitely the real deal. They've been around for awhile and know their way around crowdfunding. Recently they've even gotten more technical in their crowdfunding methodology and have built out this: https://www.biggercake.com/

Bigger Cake is a site that analyzes campaign information (very similar to Kicktraq) and also provides a cross promotion marketplace for campaigns on Kickstarter that have reached at least 100 backers. It makes the cross promotion process much simpler than before. Again, this is only if you're running a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter.

Note: I have worked at a crowdfunding agency before. I have never worked at Tross, but respect their methodology.
