    Looking For Advice

    by bxbhulk » Tue Oct 13, 2026 12:32 am

Currently been on 200mg/wk for the last 5 weeks. Got bloodwork done and everything aside from my Cholesterol is looking good.

Been on Reta at 3.5mg/wk for 7 weeks.

Will likely stay on test and increase dose, then will cruise around 200mg/wk.

My question is, id like to do a cycle of Anavar once I increase my test dose. My worry is with my Cholesterol already seemingly effected by the Test are there any supplements I should be taking on a VAR + Test cycle to prevent the liver strain and Cholesterol changes?

Opinions on VAR + Test + Reta?

Thanks for any help provided, I appreciate the knowledgeable people here.

    Proposed Cycle:
    300mg/wk Test C - Split between 2 doses.
    25mg/Anavar - Daily
    3.5-4mg/Reta - 1x weekly dose.

Welcome to steroidfreaks, I'm a beginner myself and asked the same question a few months back. The experienced guys on here told me to take tudca, citrus bergamot extract, NAC and high doses of a quality omega 3 supplement. Anavar has a half life of 9 hours or so. So I would split the dose 12.5/12.5 daily.

I'd sort your cholesterol before adding Anavar, since that strain is real. The split 12.5mg twice daily makes sense for keeping levels steady. TUDCA and NAC are solid additions, and cutting saturated fats helps. For gear and support products, I've used uksteroids for reference on cycles like this, and it's been helpful. Stick with the Test-only approach until your lipids improve.
