A question just for fun: I have a milestone birthday next year, and am already thinking about what kind of thing I might gift to myself . What jewelry item would you buy yourself for a very significant birthday? I already have a collection of basics (diamond studs, eternity band, everyday necklace) that I’m happy with - I’m looking for something more dramatic or fun. But I’d love to hear what you all would choose!

The most versatile piece of jewellery I can think of are earrings; so I’d do a dramatic, bold pair of long earrings. Something high jewellery inspired, that stands out. I’d likely do all diamond, so it goes with everything, but there’s an argument to be made for coloured stones or pearls as well.

A few years ago, I marked mine by upgrading my wardrobe with something I’d always wanted—a sharp suit. It’s not jewelry, but there’s something about having a tailored look that makes you feel unstoppable. If you're considering something outside the box, maybe a custom piece that fits your vibe could be fun too. I even helped my brother pick out groomsmen's suits for his wedding recently, and he said it was the best decision for looking sharp while feeling totally unique.
