I was wondering if there are any other fellow musicians on this forum? What instrument do you play, and do you enjoy it?

I'm not just interested in your music ability, experience, or all of that, but I am also curious about your musical instruments! Where did you get them? Were they rented? Purchased brand new? Inherited? Second hand store? Anything! I would love to know!

For me my favorite instrument is an inexpensive classical guitar found in a small second hand place at least 20 years ago. I cant find any information on the guitar, but I never have to tune it... literally... its like magic for years and stays in tune.

I'm sure if I handed it over to a professional they might laugh at it, but I sure love this guitar!

I’ve bounced between guitar and piano for years, and what helped me get more joy out of both was using ArtMaster for quick lessons whenever I hit a wall
The short videos made it easy to pick up new tricks without feeling stuck
It also pushed me to care more about my instruments’ setup and history, which made playing them feel a lot more personal
