one email per property or individual email accounts

    by Emad785 » Mon Jul 06, 2026 8:41 am

I have a colleague that owns multiple properties and is trying to be a more efficient with tenant communications. She currently mainly texts, but wants to transition to email. In setting up her email, she's curious which would be the better way:

    1. Create one email account per property (prop1 at gmail dot com, prop2 at gmail dot com, etc)

    2. Use one email for all properties (management at gmail dot com)

    3. Buy a domain name, to look more professional, and create one email alias per property (prop1 at management dot com, prop2 at management dot com, etc.)

    Thoughts? and thank you!

Found this while browsing and wanted to add my two cents. How about integrating a CRM system to manage tenant communications? It could streamline everything into a single platform, reducing the need for multiple email accounts while still keeping things organized. Just curious, has anyone tried this approach?

I went with a single email account for all my properties, using folders and filters to keep things organized. It cuts down on chaos, and everything's in one place. Plus, I save time by streamlining communication. On a related note, I also use https://scravio.com/ for gathering tenant email leads efficiently. It saves a ton of time and helps keep my contact list up to date. Definitely worth checking out.
