    Property management

    by SsCoobyDoO » Wed Feb 19, 2025 10:05 am

Heading out into my woods today to continue where I left off last fall, cutting up blowdown trees, and thinning out some dead trees still standing. Have a widow maker, still standing that my Oliver with it's new tires, are going to pull down.

We are finally breaking ground for our barn. The contractor knocked over the trees that needed to be cleared. I am taking the Kubota and chainsaw down there to get the logs prepared for the sawmill. This wood will become flooring for the barn's living quarters.

A good property manager can make all the difference, especially if you're dealing with maintenance headaches or difficult tenants. I’ve found that having someone with local expertise really helps since they know the market, rental laws, and good contractors. If you’re looking for a property manager San Jose, focus on experience and responsiveness—nothing’s worse than waiting days for a reply when you have an urgent issue with your rental.
