I had an experience with a similar gadget. Due to the fact that the solar panel is very hot, I had problems with my smartphone. It kept overheating and shutting down, and since the solar panel kept working, the problem didn't go away. I usually noticed this and immediately turned off the solar panel, but one day I did not keep track of it and my phone overheated so much that I had to go to allrepair.fr to have it repaired. It is quite possible that it was some kind of defect or just do not order similar equipment from the Chinese marketplaces, without first reading the reviews. Well, I hope these guys make a much cooler product!

I love the idea of solar-powered phone cases—it’s great to see innovation like this coming from startups. I actually never tried a solar-powered case for my iPhone, but I'd like to.
