    Transporting Yo-Yo’s

    by Zeero » Mon Jul 13, 2026 2:04 pm

Moving across the country and have a rather large collection of throws.

I have been trying to think of the best way to transport them and ensure they don’t get damaged.

Best option seems to be to get cases - but those can take up precious room in the car. Other ways seem to wrap them in tissue paper individually- however doesn’t seem like that will provide the best protection.

Has anyone faced anything similar and what did you do?

I've used foam sheets to wrap each yo-yo and then packed them in sturdy bins. Keeps them safe and compact. You might try that!

I once had a delicate collection to move and found using the best moving company quite handy. They efficiently handled everything from packing delicate items to transporting them securely. While yo-yo cases could add bulk in your car, they might offer space-saving solutions with storage options. Plus, the peace of mind knowing your collection is in good hands really helps.
