Question for the group: My Kickstarter for the video game Goliath is not looking good.

I'm thinking about canceling the campaign and relaunching at a much lower goal, after warning the existing backers of the plan. Has anyone ever tried this? If so, what was your experience?

well if you are not even close and you haven't planned anything (marketing campaigns) then its best to cancel and re-publish it after a couple weeks, make sure to use your current backers though as leverage so you dont loose even the small pledges you got, you can do so by grabbing their emails through personalized messages.
