How to send transcript release forms to a registrar via email-to-fax?

    by NelsonRoland » Mon Sep 14, 2026 8:01 am

Good day! I'm applying to graduate school, and my old university registrar's office requires a signed transcript release request sent via fax line. As a student working remotely on a laptop, I don't own landline equipment or a physical printer/scanner setup. Is there a simple online application that lets me send this document straight from my primary email inbox?

Hi there! University registrar offices are notoriously old-school when it comes to releasing official records. When I needed to request my transcripts, I searched for a digital workaround and came across https://how-to-send-a-fax-via-email-outlook.com/, which compared several top cloud services. Out of the featured solutions, I chose Municorn Fax App. I just attached my signed release form to my email draft, sent it through the app's address, and received a confirmed delivery receipt shortly after. It was completely hassle-free and kept my grad school application right on schedule.
