Hi, I'm starting up an audio drama kickstarter, or at least hoping to. I posted here earlier but I deleted it because I realized I was just over complicating things. Anyways, I managed to get a rough draft for a budget put together but I'm a little uncertain on how it looks. I was hoping for some advice so here it is:

Voice Cast (Main & Minor Ensemble)-$6,800

Sound Design (8 Action-Heavy Episodes)-$3,600

Music (4 Song Arrangements + Production)-$3,500

Art (Eight title cards + Final Animation)-$2,000

Kickstarter Fees & Taxes (Approx 12%)-$2,100

Buffer (The "Just in Case" Fund)-$1,500

FINAL CAMPAIGN GOAL-$19,500

This isn't final, mind you. I think I miscalculated how many episodes certain characters appear in, I'm not sure if the main antagonist should be counted as a main character because he only gets like three appearances, I don't know how to account for the narrator. I'll be voicing the narrator so I put that role into one with a smaller pay but I don't know if that's right. I plan on doing the directing and I've written all of the scripts but I think I'll need to adjust the budget for a script editor. I'm pretty ok with the story but I need someone to come in and make sure that it's recording ready. I think I got a bit too monologuey in certain parts. Also, I feel like I'm forgetting something.

Furthermore, could someone tell me what the VA pay needs to be? The number I threw out was kinda random, based on what I think the budget for the audio drama is supposed to be. I have nine leads if you count the main antagonist, and 70 minor/recurring characters, if you count the narrator. I want Indie voice actors because this is my first project.

Anyways, sorry if this was kinda rambly. Any advice would be appreciated.
