Yea, that is their KickTraq product, but what I was referring to is what I think is going to be their new product

I'm not sure to be honest, but I've talked with several creators who have used them (haven't gotten reviews though).

The wipebook kickstarter have done a website for backers to use and watch out for updates. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1470156778/wipebook

Perhaps you can do something like that?

Can someone please show me the format of the data that you can export? I am wondering how you would create automatic accounts for all the backers so that they can just log in and check their order status.

Kickstarter doesn't have a one time login?
