So my rewards are uk only due to postage costs, but I am offering my new product at a discounted price along with a product I already sell. The rewards I have done are my most popular products too.
If anyone has any feedback please let me know, https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/ob ... ht/rewards

Our new card/dice game is going to launch on Kickstarter on September 27th, 2022.

    https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/th ... ject_build

One of the things we decided to do for rewards, rather than make things like t-shirts or enamel pins or coffee mugs, which maybe no one would want, we decided to enhance a part of the game. Our game is called One Two Many Rabbits. The base game has 100 cards, 3 dice and an instruction manual. For our next reward tier, we are creating the 14 Carrot Edition which will feature the Winner's Deck of 14 mirrored hologram cards--but designed for a purpose.

Whenever you play a game and decide to play another round (which you can do very easily with ours since most games are about 10-20 minutes to play) the winner of the last game never gets any kind of trophy or reward---so, since every player starts with the same 14 cards in their hand, we designed these 14 cards so that the winner of the last game will get the shiny hologram cards to use the next game. Every time someone new wins, they get the winner's deck. What we like about it is that it enhances the game without changing it and it gives people who might want an upgrade (but not all the frills) to pledge for the fancier edition. We're also going to do some foil stamping on the box and upgrade the dice to be a little bit more colorful.

I know this kind of thing is easier to do with games than with other products, but when I look for rewards in any Kickstarter, I want it to enhance the product in some way and not provide me with extra promotional items that I don't need or really want.

We're going with the Tom's Shoes model of rewards: Buy one and we donate one (or more!)...

So you buy a level (say $X) and we donate to a person in the Ukraine (we are affiliated with the Ukrainian people, as many of our team members are located there or from there).

We'll come back and update you guys here on how this works for us.

I can list a few things that I did for mine. My card game kickstarter funded in less than 2 hours and we are on stretch goal number 4 now.

Mine was for a card game, but I had to think outside the box to make sure I offered something personal for each pledge level. I had pledge levels of:
    $1.00
    $15.00
    $25.00
    $50.00
    $100.00
    $150.00
    $250.00
    $500.00
    and $750.00

I loaded up the top tiers with all the really personal stuff. such as limited edition prints of the paintings, original paintings that are going on cards, limited edition cards for the game. and the ability to create a limited edition card with me, the creator and artist. Lucky for us we already had the game in production. The kickstarter was just to expand our reach.

Since we launched, and are still going until april 30th 2023, I have been on the phone with quite a few of the people who have pledged. I've found the biggest reward was giving these people access to me.

It's important to keep in mind that backers are more likely to support projects that offer tangible incentives. Therefore, you should offer rewards that you would find appealing as well. Additionally, it's a good idea to have a consistent theme throughout your rewards to make them more exclusive. For example, my poetry book is called "Red Robins Sing in the Winter". https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/14 ... ject_build
All the rewards feature a robin or use the same style of drawings found in my book, such as continuous line art.

One of the most interesting projects I’ve come across and funded was an art book. The person created a 100 page art book of their original art in full color and went to raise about 25,000, but ended up at around 66,000 last time I checked. It’s here (looks like they are abojt $68,000 now)https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/as ... =user_menu

Also I am the Co-ceo of Creative Gang LLC and the writer for Samurai Security Guard. SSG is a sci fi action comedy following two intergalactic inter dimensional security officers who must get along despite being polar opposites! Please follow our Kickstarter and we will answer any questions you may have.
