I met these filmmakers some time ago and I think at that time we were in some scriptwriter's network meeting or something and so we didn't really get a chance to talk. I took their card and we both went on our merry ways. Here I am 2 years later and I am going through my biz cards to talk to people about my kickstarter campaign and I find their card.

It is very simple. It is a movie poster type card with just "Agent 88 wants you to join the 88 Kickstarter" and not much else.

So today I found this article and read it. They put a lot of work into it. A lot. Their video reminds me a bit of Raising Arizona for some reason...mixed with Jackie Chan stuff. It's great-definitely watch it.

It's a short read worth looking at even if you're not in the movie business. It still could spark ideas.

Really great article, good read!!

I liked that they changed the video once they realized that it wasn't effective. That's a winner attitude and shows that they were determined to reach their goal no matter the inconvenience.

It is stories like this that pushed me to try and make my story into a reality. I think film is a huge endeavor for someone who has never done one, but he does have some clout behind his name and some good stuff in his film portfolio. Hopefully the series gets picked up by Netflix or something and it takes off.
