Totally agree with the part about focusing on the customer's problem. That shift made a huge difference for my last campaign. I ran with the idea of offering a gym with childcare, and since we were solving a real issue parents face, our messaging connected way better. People got why it mattered right away, and we saw more shares and interest just from framing it around the need instead of the features.
