I run a small Shopify store and recently started working on email marketing, things like follow-ups, updates, and basic automation.

For those of you who’ve found something that actually works, what kind of tool or setup do you use for your email campaigns?

I’d really appreciate any suggestions or experiences from other store owners.

For Shopify email marketing, a few tools and approaches have worked well for many small store owners: Klaviyo, Omnisend, Shopify Email.

I went with Klaviyo for my store and paired it with a DMARC record generator to stop spoofing and keep my sender reputation strong. It helped me avoid spam folders while setting up welcome and cart flows. The tool made DNS setup simple, and my emails now land in inboxes as intended. Worth checking out if you send automated campaigns.
