Hi. I've already started my fundraiser on WhyDonate [https://whydonate.com/fundraising/back-to-life] but I need advice on how to reach more donors in Europe. Do you have any tips? I'm at my wits' end and don't know what to do next. Thank you. I'm sorry if this isn't the right place to post this. :(

Hi Marek, I’m also working on promoting a small independent project in Europe, so I understand how difficult it can be to reach people outside your immediate network.

One approach I’m currently using is to start very locally and then expand gradually: local Facebook groups, personal contacts, Instagram, niche communities related to the project, and only afterwards larger international communities.

I also think it helps to adapt the message to each audience instead of posting the same fundraising text everywhere. For European audiences, local language and a clear explanation of exactly how the funds will be used can make a big difference.

I’m still testing this myself, but I’m also using separate referral links for different channels so I can understand which ones actually bring interested people.

I hope your fundraiser goes well, and good luck with reaching more donors in Europe!
