Totally hit me suddenly too that I wasn't being sincere enough.

I just launched my project last week, https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/20 ... oween-pins , thinking it will be very popular and it is just depressing when it didn't.

I too think my project will be very popular.. man, if it does not turn out as I expected, it would be really really frustrating! NO doubt!

Great post, very inspirational. I'm currently 1 week into my campaign at 20%, I will definitely be taking your thoughts on board to help build towards the end. Every pledge that comes in comes along with a mini celebration that all my hard work promoting and thinking of new ideas to help spread the word are paying off!
