I have not done it, but on prior projects the "Upload New" (or some other label) option was available. I believe you can

Thanks. Yes I heard back from KS support, and you can do it, but it resets the "views" to zero.

In that case just make an internal note what it was at. Also, it would be worth noting what the play percentage is before you cause the reset. If your new video's play percentage is lower than the previous one, that's a bad sign.

What number of plays do most people get? We got about 100.

Video plays are relative to how much traffic you are pushing to your campaign page, so it's hard to say.
The play percentage would be more valuable to know right now. Usually they have a wide range of 10-50%. What are you at?

Yes, we never changed it. But we would need probably 10,000 to get one order.
