What will you do if you had $1000 to spend on marketing?

A more specific question though, would be: would you spend your money on building a pre-launch subscriber list, or will you spend it advertising the campaign itself when it launches?

I'd suggest spending money on a specific prelaunch list, so ideally once you launch you know you've X amount of backers ready to back you on Day 1.

$1k to spend on ads on Reddit can get you a ton of impressions.

I would just throw it in the trash. You can't get results with just $1,000 for marketing ad spend, especially if you're using a marketing agency.

BEWARE.
Crowd PR will sometimes charge that amount, and it is a total waste of the highest order.
